Every Tuesday Night at the Verdi
Club is the Tuesday Night Jump! A jamboree of swingin' roots music drives this dance
party. Join a melting pot of young and old: Loungers, Kittens, Boppers and Hoppers from
Sacramento to Santa Cruz. Jumpin' since 1999, Voted 2007 Best Swing Dance in the Bay by SF
Weekly.
Run by Tanoa Stewart of A-Town Agency, we also run special weekend/out
of town band shows with Rockabilly, Swing, Jump Blues and more! Roots music for dancing at
a venue with a large dance floor, full bar and is all-ages!

The Hi Rhythm Hustlers is a four piece
traditional rock n roll, jumpin bop band out of the San Francisco Bay Area. With obscure
and well known influences from the energetic oldies, doo wop and rhythm & blues era.
Mike Walz on doghouse bass and Jay Laude on drums provide a solid feet stompin rhythm.
Mitch Polzak, the master of the guitar, swings out flashy leads and solos like you'd from
Carl Perkins or Jimmy Bryant. Center stage, dancing and shuffling his feet is Raul Castro
on lead vocals and saxophone.
Music from the golden age of entertainment when crazy kids danced to bands such as Bill
Haley's Comets... Slappin' upright bass, honking saxophone and swinging guitar for
all-ages to jive, rock, roll and swing to. The Hi Rhythm Hustlers are lighting up the
stages up and down the west coast!

9pm-9:30pm:
Jive Dance Lesson w. Viva Las Vegas Champs, Rockin Raul & Jen Rost
10pm-1am:
The Hi-Rhythm Hustlers plus the sexy gogo swingin' hips of the Hustler-ettes!
