FAQ's
After my series class, what do I do?
You can sit, socialize and sip a drink with friends in Giseppe's Lounge until the 9pm
beginning drop in taster class, which is included with any paid series class, then at
9:30pm, dance!
Do I have to come with a partner?
No, you stand in a circle and rotate to new people, therefore meeting new faces every
night.
What is the difference between a series and drop-in class?
Series classes last for xx amount of weeks (4 in our case, sometimes 5) and each class
is progressive, building upon the last. Drop-in taster classes offer (in our case
beginning) steps every week, that are not progressive.
What exactly is Lindy Hop, Balboa or Collegiate Shag?

How should I dress?
We have guys in suits, gals in dresses, vintage and non. People also wear khaki pants,
jeans, t-shirts, skirts... the whole sha-bang, dress comfortable. Just no tank tops/cut
off shirts for men. Also, deoderant and mints/gum for a good smelling breath is a given,
unless you don't want anyone to dance with you of course!
Can I take private lessons?
Yes, lessons with the Lindy or Balboa teachers are available, please inquire for
information.
